The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) give you a set of rights over the personal data we hold about you.

Right of access (Art. 15)
You can request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, obtain a copy of that data and information about how it is processed.
Right to rectification (Art. 16)
You can request that we correct inaccurate personal data or complete data that is incomplete.
Right to erasure (Art. 17)
Also known as the "right to be forgotten". You can request that we delete your personal data when it is no longer necessary, when consent is withdrawn, or when processing is unlawful, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18)
You can request that we limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for example while the accuracy of your data is being verified.
Right to object (Art. 21)
You can object to the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest, including profiling. We will stop the processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Right to data portability (Art. 20)
Where processing is based on your consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means, you can receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or request that we transmit it to another controller.
Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7)
Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Right not to be subject to automated decision-making (Art. 22)
We do not take decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing.
4.How to exercise your rights
You can exercise any of these rights free of charge by sending us a request, together with a copy of an identification document, to:

We will respond to your request within one month from receipt. This period may be extended by two additional months if the request is particularly complex, in which case we will inform you within the first month.
5.Right to lodge a complaint

6.International transfers
Some of the service providers we work with (for example, our hosting and email-delivery providers) may be based outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are protected by the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
