We learnt our craft at the biggest luxury agency in Son Vida and quickly noticed: together you go further than alone. So we joined forces, with the clear understanding that working together meant we also had to deliver twice as much. We did. In our last year there together we sold villas for a combined twenty-five million euros. At some point it was clear: it was time to build something of our own.
If you really want to focus on something, you have to be able to say no. We learnt that. We believe in quality over quantity, and apartments live exactly that. We'd rather have one home that's right in every detail than hundreds of square metres you never really need. Refined, not just big. That's our thing.
Around 90 % of our sales don't happen through brochures. We take the time to really get to know our clients, and then show them exactly what fits. Often surprising. But it lands.
Our vision is simple but uncompromising: clients should not have to deal with twenty different agents. They need one who has it all and organises it all. At the same time, we knew it would not be realistic to cover everything across the whole island, villas, fincas, houses, plots, development projects and apartments all at once. Try to dance at every wedding and you do nothing well. That is why we deliberately chose a niche: premium apartments, and those done right. If a client is looking for an apartment in Mallorca, they are exactly in the right place with us. For fincas and villas there are other good agents, that is not our playing field. But for apartments we are the first address. And that is exactly what we are: the first and only agency in Mallorca focused entirely on this segment. What guides us: honesty, transparency and clear processes, for buyers and sellers alike. Real trust grows out of that, and trust is the foundation for everything we do.

Brian comes from Switzerland, the city of Zurich. He started his first job at fifteen at a menswear store, thrown straight into advising customers, approaching strangers and learning to sell. On one of his first days he wore his first suit, and right then he knew: one day he wanted to sell real estate. He was too young for it, but the direction was set. He built his way there step by step. At IWC Schaffhausen he sold luxury watches, built a strong network in Switzerland and kept noticing how many of his clients were buying property on Mallorca. That was the moment he packed his bags and moved. Today he lives and works exactly where he set out to be. With energy, eye-to-eye, and honestly.

Rocco came to Mallorca from Rosenheim, Germany, and quickly immersed himself in the island's real estate world.
