ONLY Apartments is the apartment agency on Mallorca. We sell and rent apartments across the island's southwest, from Portixol through Palma and Portals to Andratx. We deliberately say no to villas, fincas and plots, and focus entirely on apartments. That's how we build a platform that brings buyers and sellers of apartments together, for rent as much as for sale.
Around 90 percent of our deals don't come from classic brochures, but from relationships. We take the time to really get to know our clients, their budget, their daily life, the way they want to live, and then show them exactly what fits. Often something they'd never have searched for themselves. From the first conversation to signing at the notary, the same person stays with you, personally and eye to eye.
One agency instead of twenty brokers. Buyers and sellers shouldn't be worn down between dozens of contacts, but have one address that fully understands their segment and organises everything, from valuation through marketing to handover. Around that we've built the team you'd otherwise have to assemble yourself: lawyers, architects and builders we'd hire for our own home. What guides us is honesty, transparency and clear processes. Behind ONLY Apartments are Rocco Engler and Brian Kriech. Both learned their craft at Mallorca's largest luxury brokerage in Son Vida, where together they sold villas worth over 25 million euros. At some point it was clear: time to build something of their own, focused on the niche they truly love.
