About us
We met in 2017 across two desks in a Palma agency that mostly traded villas in Son Vida. Rocco came from Rosenheim, Brian from Zurich, two routes into the same long afternoons walking buyers through houses we would never quite have recommended to a friend.
The friendship arrived first. Rocco runs on numbers and structure, Brian on rooms and people. One of us was always counting margins while the other read the evening light, the partnership wrote itself shortly after.
After too many buyers had politely asked us whether we had something smaller and more central, the answer started to feel wrong. So we left, and built ONLY Apartments around exactly what they had been pointing us toward.
Many of our clients today were once strangers, and are now the people we meet for a Tuesday coffee in Santa Catalina. We stay long after the notary signs, that, for us, is when the relationship actually starts.
